Photo by Jim Park. What struck me while walking the show was how many of the trucks on display I had driven over the course of my career — not the actual trucks, mind you, but similar models. It was a bit like going out for dinner with all your ex-wives and former girlfriends at once.
Pickup trucks have it hard. Whether that means parked out back, sold for scrap, or given away for cheap to spend their last few running years doing even more punishing work, it seems like a shame.
